主要工作职责:
1. 按照公司要求的医疗行业良好生产规范，执行洁净室的生产活动，清洁活动，清场活动，设备维护或场地维护活动(如有)等
2. 积极主动的提交改善提案，得以改进生产效率和产品质量，有效降低生产成本.
3. 及时发现与生产,质量和安全相关的异常现象和隐患，并报告给主管或工程师 .
4. 协助生产经理做好部门员工考勤,绩效的考核 5. 直接主管指派的其他工作任务.
要求经验或技能:
1. 在制造业5年及2年以上的生产管理经验, 具有医疗行业GMP和洁净室工作经验者优先考虑
2. 很好地理解生产,质量要求文件或工作指导书内容
3. 高中以上学历,机电专业背景为佳
4. 能进行简单地英语会话
5. 具有基础的英语阅读书写能力优先考虑
6. 熟悉基本的生产质量,安全异常处理流程
7. 了解ISO9001,ISO13485,QSR,GMP等质量管理体系程序
