Responsibilities:

• Serving as crew chief and overseeing a team of technicians in the field completing various AV projects



• Pulling and terminating various types of low voltage cable



• Soldering



• Installing the following: Displays, Mounts, Equipment Racks, Ceiling Mounted Projectors, Projection Screens, In-Ceiling Speakers and Microphones, Wall Panels (Creston, Extron, etc.), Table Microphones and more



• Troubleshooting integrated AV Systems



• Coordination with GC or client ensuring accurate product delivery



• Submitting Daily Reports to the office to outline project status and work performed



• Interface with clients on each job site representing Mason Technologies with respect and integrity



• Continue to develop a deep technical understanding of equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Four years experience as an AV Field Technician



• Ability to read line drawings and schematics



• Familiarity with the following software: Crestron Toolbox, Extron Global Configurator Plus and Professional, Biamp Tesira, Q-sys designer, Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms



• Proven experience with: IP configurations, Basic networking, Audio signal flow and gain staging, Video over IP systems, Troubleshooting integrated AV Systems, Commissioning integrated AV Systems, Configuring managed switches,



• Ability coordinating with client network teams



• Ability to work with a remote programmer via Teamviewer or similar



• Ability to life 50+ pounds

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
