Alliance Global Solution is seeking a Field supervisor in Des Moines, IA to join our expanding Fiber Optics team. In this role, you will install fiber in customers’ homes or businesses and set up Wi-Fi equipment while providing excellent customer service.

Alliance Global Solutions provides a company vehicle, gas card, tools, and uniforms!

Responsibilities:

• Installation and troubleshooting of fiber and internet



• Meeting metric goals for installations



• Being professional and courteous to clients



• Serves as customer resource for product and service recommendations.



• Inventory management



• New technician training



• Required to travel within county areas

Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years of industry-related experience such as cable, dish, network, electronic, home security, and alarms.(Required)

• Must be able to work with basic tools: 28 ft. extension ladders, hand tools, etc. (Required)



• Knowledge of smartphones and tablets



• Ability to work proficiently unsupervised



• Must be able to pass a criminal background check(Required)



• All candidates must be physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces, and lift to 75 lbs. (Required)



• Must live within 40 miles of the Des Moines, IA area
