As a Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the Defense Stockroom operations within our organization. You will ensure that all incoming and outgoing transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our internal supply chain.
You will report directly to our Materials Supervisor and you'll work out of our Clearwater location on a standard 1st shift work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday (Flexible starting time)
- Receive incoming receipts and verify the accuracy of the contents
- Support picks for production orders, while ensuring items are properly packaged and delivered to the correct recipient
- Maintain accurate records of all stockroom transactions
- Lead team members within the department and Team mentoring/training
- Inspect and report any damages or discrepancies with material
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any stockroom issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant inventory control processes and procedures
- Manage and execute cycle count requests
- Manage/track goods movements
- Investigate missing material and troubleshooting
US Citizen Requirements
Candidate must be US Citizen due to contractual requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of experience in Stockroom Management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead personnel
- Preferably proficient in using SAP and Excel
WE VALUE
- A certificate or degree in Logistics or 2-3 years of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with material management practices
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proven Problem Solving skills
