SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality assurance processes. This position will work closely with development teams to ensure that product meets the highest quality standards and is free from defects. You will also be responsible for managing and reporting on quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. You will support the Hosting and Compute Center (HaCC) with quality assurance activities, particularly those related to our Salesforce implementations and cloud support services.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property .
As a federal contractor, CNI is a drug-free workplace and adheres to the Federal Controlled Substance Act.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
Certification at the Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II level. These include CCNA, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CND, SSCP.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential D uties and responsibilities include the following . Other duties may be assigned.
Ensures compliance with industry standards and best practices of style and format; excellent usage of the English language, and overall structure and organization of material to create professional documentation.
Works in a team environment and is expected to assist other team members as needed.
Responsible for adherence to qualitative and quantitative standards as established to meet contractual obligations and changing business requirements.
Reviews and analysis vendor provided deliverables with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
Assists in the review and analysis of vendor performance to include performance metrics outlined in the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and Quality Control Plan with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
Assists in developing and compiling metrics for reporting to customers, DoD and Service leadership, congress, and other audiences as requested .
Drafts, reviews, updates, and coordinates metric reports, briefings, and any acquisition documentation.
Track s and organize s any feedback received on p rovided documents, facilitate feedback adjudication, and update documents accordingly .
Draft s , edit s , and consolidate s briefings and other informational documents with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
Prepare s white papers and informational memoranda on areas of interest, such as incentivizing Contractor performance and leveraging commercial catalogs. Present research findings in a well-considered manner that gives decision-makers the context and key points needed to make necessary decisions.
Analyze s regulations and policies and make recommendations on how to apply those regulations and policies to the contract effort. Continually assess documentation for compliance with those regulations and policies, including new statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements.
Attend meetings as required and prepare meeting minutes and summary reports.
Quality Assurance in Agile Processes:
- Support the review and analysis of deliverables related to Salesforce, with an emphasis on ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness in line with the HaCC Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
- Assist in managing quality assurance-related tasks within Jira, ensuring all issues are tracked, documented, and addressed efficiently.
- Aid in gathering and validating requirements and developing acceptance criteria for Salesforce-related projects, ensuring alignment with HaCC's objectives.
- Provide technical insights into Salesforce to ensure that solutions meet the operational needs and quality standards required by the HaCC.
- Contribute to developing and executing test cases for Salesforce implementations, ensuring that all deliverables are thoroughly tested and meet the expected standards.
- Support the creation of documentation and training materials to facilitate better understanding and use of Salesforce solutions by HaCC teams.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelo r's degree in a related field required , and a minimum of five (5) years of experience .
Have a certification that meets DoD IAT II requirements.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $130,000 to $140 ,000 with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
