CACI is looking for a Quality Management Lead to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).



This person is responsible for:





  • Standardization of quality management approach



  • Internal audit support to assess our quality posture (technical and non-technical), develop and implement processes and procedures to increase quality and monitor quality going forward



  • Support with project tailoring and assessment against the USSOUTHCOM and CACI project management framework and CACI QMS, to include project level standardized quality metric development



  • Quality plan development and capture of quantitative metrics to assess quality







Required Skills:





  • Current Secret Clearance



  • 10 years as a quality manager managing large IT support teams with geographically dispersed staff



  • 8 years implementing & managing process improvements and automations within an IT environment



  • 5 years of experience supporting high-level & senior Government customers



  • Current ITIL 4 Certification







Desired Skills:





  • 5+ years as a Quality Manager



  • Proven success developing processes and leading quality initiatives



  • Proven success in developing quality enhancing processes and procedures



  • Proven success in developing training/learning programs



  • AS9100 Lead Auditor Trained



  • Proven expertise in AS9100 and/or CMMI"

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
