Clinical Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Yeshiva College Job No: 497919 Work Type: Faculty Full-time Department: Yeshiva College Location: Wilf Campus, 500 West 185th Street, NY, NY Categories: Education/Teaching Position Summary: The Departments of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Yeshiva College, an undergraduate school of Yeshiva University, invites qualified candidates to apply for a full-time one-semester position at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor, for the upcoming spring semester, to start January 2025. Position Responsibilities: This successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate lectures and laboratory courses in General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, associated laboratory courses as well as select upper-level chemistry/biochemistry courses. Experience & Educational Background: A Ph.D. in Chemistry and significant teaching experience are required. Skills & Competencies: Candidates must demonstrate excellence in teaching, participate in advising and mentoring our students and play an active role in departmental and university activities and service.
