Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) Business Development & Strategy Team is looking for a Business Development & Strategy Representative (Level 3 or 4) to support the Anti-submarine Warfare (ASW) market strategy-to-action process and team within the Global Control Pillar. This position will be located in Tukwila, WA area, Jacksonville, FL, Patuxent River, MD, Berkeley, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, or Arlington, VA. Work will be hybrid or fully on-site, depending on the location of the hired candidate.
Role objectives include maximizing P-8 Poseidon platform sales, proactively defining and shaping strategy and associated capability and platform requirements, executing investment allocation in support, and driving to campaign wins with both domestic US Navy and international military customers.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed locations. (Work could be hybrid or fully on-site, depending on the work location or qualifications of the hired candidate.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Experience with program management / project management
- Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals
- Experience in strategy, business planning, or market analysis
- Strong execution, communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
- 1+ year of experience with PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Current Secret or Top-Secret clearance
- Experience crafting capture plans / major sales campaigns
- Experience cultivating excellent customer and/or external stakeholder relationships
- Experience working with Department of Defense, international equivalents, budgeting and acquisition processes
- Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts
- Knowledge / experience working with US Navy Maritime Patrol (P-3 / P-8) community
- Knowledge of emerging technologies
- Support strategy development initiatives, defining and translating high-level goals into actionable plans, including market analysis, customer alignment, competitor differentiation, and clear milestones
- Ability to develop operational / marketing plans, define and manage program funds, and white papers for customer engagement
- Understanding of global industry-related market trends as well as customer opportunities
- Identify and align win strategies to the customer’s most important requirements,
- differentiate our offer in the market and drive Long Range Business Plans (LRBP)
- History of cultivating partnerships / strategic collaborations or innovative business models
Typical Education/Experience:
Level 3:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).
Level 4:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
Travel:
Travel up to 25% of time, domestically and/or internationally
Relocation:

Summary pay range:
Level 3 – $80,750-$125,350
Level 4 – $102,000-$158,700
