Posting Description SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, EXECUTIVE EDUCATION , Sloan Executive Education , will provide complex and varied support to the Senior Associate Dean and Managing Directors of Executive Education (60%); work with the Head of Finance and Administration for Executive Education to provide advanced administrative support to the office (40%) and serve as a key member of the Finance and Administration Support team (FAST); manage the complex calendar of the Senior Associate Dean, organize internal and external meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel; support three Managing Directors with similar tasks; and provide support during the interviewing process, manage onboarding for new hires and temporary staff, and support managers with off-boarding.
