The Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions supports all activities related to the smooth and effective recruitment and enrollment of incoming students for our graduate and executive degree programs, in particular, the Master of Science in Management program. The Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions is responsible for all aspects of recruiting outreach, including answering emails, telephone calls, and walk-in inquiries for the graduate and executive degree programs. He/she/they will implement all procedures for recruiting outreach and follow-up with prospects as well as engaging, cultivating, and managing the recruiting pipeline. In addition, the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions will work with the Associate Director to identify opportunities to maximize recruitment for the Master of Science in Management program. Working with the Associate Director, he/she/they will plan recruiting events such as on and off-campus information sessions and online information sessions and occasionally travel to represent McDonough at recruiting events and fairs. Duties Include but are not limited to: The Assistant Director will also serve as the team's secondary point of contact for admissions operations across all graduate and executive degree programs. Support the Associate Director with creating and updating admissions policies and processes, ensuring updates are encoded into manuals and materials. Manage student records in Ellucian Banner, support process flows between Salesforce and Ellucian Banner, and create dashboards and reports in Salesforce for admissions operations. The Assistant Director will work on annual updates to graduate and executive degree applications and provide administrative support for functions within the team's meeting and interview scheduling tool, including onboarding new users into the platform. Work Interactions This position reports to the Senior Director, Graduate & Executive Degree Programs Admissions and works under the guidance of other senior leadership, including the Associate Dean. This person supervises up to 6 student workers who are recruited as MiM student ambassadors. This person will be externally interacting on an ongoing basis with prospective students, alumni, and Georgetown University offices. Additionally, this person will work closely with two Associate Directors. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree At least 3-5 years experience within a corporate or university setting Extremely strong interpersonal abilities and strong team orientation Must be able to work with various constituencies, including prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty, and staff Substantial working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Requirements and Qualifications Experience in higher education admissions is strongly Marketing and events-related experience is highly desirable Comfort with working in Excel and analyzing data is a plus Prior exposure to admissions operations is a plus Work Mode Designation This position has been designated as Hybrid 3 Days . Pay Range: The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $44,022.00 - $73,406.80 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
