As a Sr Applications/Systems Sales Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth and success. You will lead a team of skilled sales engineers and collaborate with various departments to promote our complex applications and system solutions in the areas of fire, business automation systems, security, and HVAC. Your responsibilities will include formulating and executing sales strategies, providing technical expertise, and building strong customer relationships. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of our organization by driving sales and promoting our applications and system solutions in the areas of fire, business automation systems, security, and HVAC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and identify new business opportunities to drive growth in the assigned market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions

Sales Incentive Eligible

The

salary range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000. The actual base salary offer will depend

on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other

relevant factors.

In

YOU MUST HAVE



  • 5+ years of technical related experience

  • Proven track record of success in sales engineering roles

  • Strong technical background in fire, business automation systems, security, and HVAC

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
