As a Sr Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our industrial automation equipment in Freeport, IL. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall productivity and reliability of our operations.
You will report directly to our Maintenance Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Freeport, IL location.
The annual pay for this role is $53,200 - $66,400.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial automation equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure equipment reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address equipment issues
- Perform testing of equipment
- Perform routine maintenance task
- Review drawings and schematics
- Maintain accurate maintenance records

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Understanding of Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. pounds
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Associate's degree in a technical field
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
