The Assistant Director of Graduate Student Life in the Office of Graduate & International Programs at Georgetown University Law Center supports the academic and co-curricular experience of graduate law students. The Graduate Student Life team is tasked with providing the best possible learning experience to our LLM, MSL, MLT and graduate visiting and exchange students. Duties include but are not limited to: Serve as a primary point of contact for international students. Assist with major student events including Summer Experience, Orientation, and Commencement. Support cocurricular activities such as student committees and international moot court competitions. Design and implement student outreach opportunities. Help to create, organize, and maintain sensitive administrative and visa records. Help to ensure the continuity of services for graduate law students across Law Center departments. Work Interactions The Assistant Director of Graduate Student Life reports to the Director of Graduate Student Life. They work closely with other members of the Graduate & International Programs team, the Office of Graduate Admissions and the Office of Graduate Careers, and other Law Center departments including the Office of the Dean of Students, the Center for Wellness Promotion, the Office of the Registrar, the Office Academic Affairs, the Office of Special Events, the Office of Equity and Inclusion, the Office of Financial Aid and the Office of Financial Affairs, and Campus Ministry. Requirements and Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in higher education administration is required Work Mode Designation This position has been designated as Hybrid . Pay Range: The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $47,586.00 - $87,558.13 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
