We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Project Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. The Project Director will oversee all aspects of construction management, supervision, and project administration, ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Oversee project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and clients.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional qualification from a recognized international institution.
• Chartered/Licensed from a professional engineering society.
• Minimum of 25 years of demonstrable experience in the field of civil engineering.
• At least 15 years in a managerial or technical lead capacity, managing all aspects of construction management, supervision, and project administration.
• Proven record of success in managing similar infrastructure, sewerage, surface, and ground water network projects.
• Extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental protection aspects of construction projects.
