Position Summary
As part of our goal to continue to innovate and help customers on their path to better health, the Immunizations Team is looking to ensure we are a destination for patients to receive all their vaccination needs in a safe environment that offers a great experience from beginning to end.
Primary responsibilities
- In this role, as a Manager on the Immunizations Team, you will be a key contributor in the development of a roadmap that helps people gain protection against vaccine preventable diseases and truly live out the company strategic imperatives.
- You will manage the discovery and testing of initiatives that will improve the in-store workflow for delivering immunizations.
- You will leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and workflow improvements.
- You will partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure alignment and deliver solutions to support our patients, pharmacy teams, and business objectives.
- You will work with digital partners to innovate the immunization scheduling experience.
- You will play a key role in launching new enhancements and workflow improvements to our pharmacy teams. This will include the development of training materials and job aids for our pharmacy teams and field leaders.
- You will regularly interact with field leaders and conduct store visits to validate that system enhancements are working as intended.
This role would suit someone who thrives on collaboration, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and a real passion for healthcare and supporting patients. You will regularly interact with various partners across the enterprise, including digital, IT, patient safety, clinical, legal, inventory, marketing, and payer relations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ year experience working in new product development (e.g., consulting, product management or development)
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a role that involves business case development, discovery and testing of initiatives
- Ability to apply strategic lens to solve problems and build solutions
- Experience conducting analytics and building dashboards with Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, or other similar platforms
- Advanced skills with spreadsheets and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty, and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems
- Bachelor’s degree required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
