THE WORK
Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as project/business/technical unit.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
• Aviation Logs and Records experience preferred.
• Prior Military Maintenance Control background preferred.
• Demonstrated advanced computer skills with respect to Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, SharePoint, and internet research skills.
• Prior project management and/or project coordination experience sufficient and confirmed ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings or instructions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD clearance.
Desired Skills:
•Maintains Aircraft and Engine Log books and associated records.
•Performs a wide of range of clerical and administrative duties related to aircraft maintenance, such as preparing reports and correspondence, filing, and typing, and performing database and systems analysis.
•Perficient in performing all operator, data entry, and retrieval functions associated with aircraft record keeping.
• Experience communicating in all mediums (phone, email, text, etc.) with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and customers.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Project management skills and project coordination experience sufficient to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision.
• 5+ years experience in the administrative field.
• Excellent communication (writing, proofing, editing, drafting, formatting letters, documents, e-mails) and interpersonal skills.
• Work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
• SharePoint Experience.
• Demonstrated experience with and understanding of handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Strong teaming ability and effective communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Work Experience with Lockheed Martin
• Self-Motivated and willing to help.
• Degree from an accredited college
• Ability to work with wide range of diverse military and civilian customers.
• Ability to learn new systems.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
