Overview:
As a Closing Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing closing packages, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners. Your role will be vital in ensuring the accuracy of real estate documentation and meeting the required compliance standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review conventional and government signed closing packages for completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with title companies to ensure timely receipt of closing packages.
- Conduct quality control checks on files and clear any closing conditions.
- Work closely with various internal departments to meet deadlines and ensure smooth processes.
- Notify the appropriate branches and centralized closing teams of any file deficiencies.
- Address inquiries and respond to missing documentation requests.

Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of mortgage documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities and strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
