We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the document control processes, ensure compliance, and maintain the integrity of key company documentation.

Job Description:
The Document Control Manager will oversee the management, organization, and compliance of all critical documents and records within the organization. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing document control systems, ensuring that all company documents are accurate, accessible, and up to date. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and knowledge of document management software and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the document control process, ensuring that all company documents are organized, classified, and easily accessible.
Maintain and track all project documentation, including but not limited to contracts, specifications, drawings, and legal documents.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and standards for document control.
Implement and manage a digital document control system, ensuring secure access and version control.
Collaborate with various departments (e.g., engineering, operations, legal) to review, approve, and process documents.
Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all controlled documents.
Ensure documents are properly indexed, filed, and archived for easy retrieval.
Provide training to staff on document control procedures and best practices.
Prepare reports on document control activities and audit results.
Coordinate document reviews and approvals within specified timelines.
Ensure the proper handling of confidential and sensitive information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in document control, records management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
In-depth knowledge of document control systems, standards, and best practices.
Experience with document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, OpenText) and version control systems.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to document control (e.g., ISO, FDA).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in training and supervising staff in document control processes.
