What You Can Expect
As a full-time administrative assistant, you will be working closely with office staff, production, and sales. Although these are but a few of the things you can expect, your day-to-day won't be the same!
- Receptionist duties such as communicating daily with internal and external customers
- Provide customer service and assisting with incoming calls
- Manage job work orders with internal job costing system
- Responsible for data entry
- Accounting duties such as balance of accounts receivable
- Cross train in scheduling, payroll, and billing.
- Facilitate communication within the office via email correspondence, reports, etc.
- 1-3 years of previous receptionist/administrative assistant experience in construction industry or related field
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with construction scheduling, a plus
- Required skills: answering phone in a professional manner, data entry, basic office skills, able to work independently, work through interruptions, desired job growth, reliable and detail-oriented
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Position requires a drug test be completed, contingent upon employment and a background check if applicable.
