What we'll be doing together:
We are looking for qualified assemblers of all experience levels, who have the right attitude and want to make things happen - with pride.
- We assemble a wide range of industrial equipment, including portable air compressors and power generators, industrial dewatering pumps and medical equipment.
- Our portable compressors are used in construction sites throughout the country, and you can see them in action when there's renovation taking place at I-77 and I-485
- The generators you'll build will power construction sites and remote locations everywhere and will be deployed during power outages when the hurricane season starts.
- Our pumps work non-stop to cleanup flood areas, especially after a big storm.
- You will leave your fingerprints on the medical equipment that will help patients, doctors, and nurses, and will save lives in hospitals, clinics and pop-up COVID centers in all continents.
- You will do both mechanical as well as electrical assembly.
- You'll perform complex and at times repetitive operations, with limited supervision but aided by our visual systems.
- You'll help us diagnose and trouble shoot, as well as identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- You'll be required to inspect components and check conformance against dimensional and functional specifications.
- You'll do all the above with high attention to detail and high level of quality.
- You'll help maintain our home clean as we go, and this includes frequently sweeping, recycling and removing trash. We all play our role.

What we ask of you:
- You have a High School Diploma with some technical school training (or equivalent wok experience)
- You have 1-3 years of prior relevant assembly experience within a manufacturing facility.
- You have strong mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to read and understand blueprints, schematic, and work instructions
- You are comfortable working independently.
- You have great attention to detail and organization skills, as well as problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
- You're easy to work with and have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- You're willing to work overtime hours, as required to meet business needs
