Senior Channel Manager expected salary range of $111,600 to $124,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Channel Manager expected salary range of $95,400 to $106,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
SENIOR CHANNEL MANAGER - PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Senior Channel Manager will report to the Manager, Residential Sales. They will be responsible for the development and execution of sales campaigns, resource planning, and partner relationships that optimize sales effectiveness and profitability for the sales channel. The individual will cultivate strategic partnerships with our sales vendors and agents to develop a best-in-class sales experience for customers while maximizing product relationships and achieving our acquisition and renewal sales goals. In addition to managing the day-to-day sales activity with our vendor partners, the Sr Channel Manager will also be responsible for coordinating cross functional support internally with operations, marketing, pricing, legal, regulatory, etc. They will leverage campaign metrics, reporting, as well as feedback from partners, agents, and customers to gain insights and enable data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and innovation related to product positioning, product development, marketing activity, etc.

SENIOR CHANNEL MANAGER - PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in the management, development and implementation of strategic sales plans that align with company's growth objectives and customer/market demands.
- Develop, implement, and refine sales playbook that provides clear direction on product positioning and value proposition for optimizing sales conversion rates and maximizing product relationships with our customers through upsell and cross sell efforts.
- Track and evaluate quality and compliance through call monitoring. Manage coaching of sales agents and performance tracking through AI.
- Provide tactical sales support through developing and refining sales scripts and targeted training to optimize sales processes for Telesales and chat channels.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Pricing, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing, etc. to effectively execute sales campaigns that achieve our sales and profitability goals.
- Manage and prepare all relevant channel reporting and analytics including but not limited to, CTA, campaign insights, sales activity and sales attribution.
- Work with the marketing and data provider to ensure partners have leads to maximize our acquisition and renewal conversion and sales targets.
CHANNEL MANAGER - PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Track and evaluate quality and compliance through call monitoring. Manage coaching of sales agents and performance tracking through AI.

- Assist with preparation of all relevant channel reporting and analytics.
- Oversee and coordinate comprehensive support for the sales channel, ensuring efficient execution of diverse tasks and initiatives including but not limited to:
- Coordinate customer issue resolution with customer care, the customer directly and any other functional group.
- System user interface testing, tracking and resolving issues with technical platforms.
- Monitor and report activity with enrollment verification vendors.
- Manage IVR auditing and unification.
- Facilitate campaign launches including but not limited to developing campaign summaries and trainings.
- Work with marketing and data provider to ensure partners have leads to maximize our acquisition and renewal conversion and sales targets.
SENIOR CHANNEL MANAGER = MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree; in lieu of a degree, 12 years of experience is needed
- 8 years experience in energy (electricity and/or natural gas) markets with emphasis in sales or sales support
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency & proactive attitude
- Ability to formulate and execute sales strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives at once
- Outstanding communication skills and adept at speaking to customers and channel partners
- The position requires a self-motivated individual willing to take on a broad range of responsibilities and make decisions in a manner consistent with Constellation Energy values
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (word, outlook, excel, power point) with an emphasis on Excel
- All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English
CHANNEL MANAGER - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience in energy (electricity and/or natural gas) markets with emphasis in sales or sales support
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency & proactive attitude
