Your Impact

As Technology Director, you’ll:

• Drive Innovation: Identify, strategize, and bring to market transformative technologies that challenge the status quo and position MEPPI as an industry leader.



• Shape Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive power electronics plan for the energy, data center, and transportation sectors, ensuring alignment with divisional and company-wide goals.



• Foster Collaboration: Build partnerships with universities, government research labs, and industry leaders to propel technology development and adoption.



• Spot Trends: Monitor emerging technologies, market conditions, and competitors while conducting “Voice of Customer” surveys to stay ahead of the curve.



• Inspire Leadership: Represent MEPPI as a thought leader at conferences, trade shows, and industry panels, influencing the future of innovation.



• Lead the Charge in Commercializing Groundbreaking Technologies: Drive MEPPI's long-term growth and solidify its position as an industry innovator by leading the commercialization of cutting-edge technologies that shape the future.



• Spearhead Strategic Initiatives for Next-Gen Power Electronics: Lead the integration of next-gen power electronics to deliver revolutionary solutions across the energy, data center, and transportation markets, transforming these industries.



• Track and Measure Success with KPIs: Utilize data-driven KPIs and industry benchmarks to measure success, ensuring MEPPI remains at the forefront of the industry and continues to set new standards of excellence.



• Oversee Dynamic Product Development Plans: Ensure product development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations, setting new benchmarks for excellence and innovation.



• Position MEPPI as a Global Leader in Innovation: Build strategic relationships with key customers, industry leaders, and organizations like IEEE, SEPA, and CIGRE to drive MEPPI’s global leadership and accelerate its mission forward.

What You Bring

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, with 10+ years of experience in industrial-scale electrical power systems, data centers, or electrification of transportation.



• Strategic Vision: A proven ability to interpret emerging technologies and guide research into commercial applications.



• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.



• Problem-Solving Expertise: Advanced analytical skills to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.



• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office and a track record of leveraging technology for strategic advantage.



• Leadership Presence: Confidence and influence to represent MEPPI as an industry expert in public forums and collaborative settings
