Lead Analyst, Indirects - Military Veterans

Summary:
In this role, you will support the Board approved strategy of developing a new indirects portfolio on behalf of Captis and its 100+ members. You will drive the strategic vision and execution of this new spend category for all analytical policies, procedures, and deliverables. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, conduct comprehensive market research, and develop data-driven outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver customized analyses, leveraging internal and external as well as structured and unstructured datasets.
- Identify and remedy gaps in existing reporting and analytical processes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and member leaders.
- Provide recommendations and preferred course of action with leadership and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and communicate complex information to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and / or understand current business processes.
- Develop and guide other team members on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience in healthcare and business finance required.
- Experience in a GPO environment working with suppliers in the healthcare supply, capital, and purchase services market required.
- Expert knowledge of Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint required.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights required.
- Knowledge of hospital bid, contracting process and overall procurement functions preferred.
- Project management, organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $127,600.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
