Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries to support decision-making.

Collaborate with management to develop and monitor budgets. Provide financial insights and support in forecasting activities. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments. Monitor accounts receivable to optimize cash flow. Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits. Prepare audit schedules, respond to auditor inquiries, and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary constraints. Identify opportunities for cost containment and efficiency. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
