Administrative Assistant (Design) - Q3 Contracting, Gas Operations - Military Veterans

Q3 Contracting , a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is a full-service construction provider operating in Natural Gas Distribution & High Pressure Construction, Gas Distribution Design, HDD, Hard & Soft Surface Restoration, Traffic Control, and other specialty services. Q3C has an experienced and highly mobile workforce. Major operations centers in St. Paul, Minnesota, and Denver, Colorado. Branch offices are also located in Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Design group department at our Denver, CO office location.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer customer calls and inquires
• Data entry task in various programs
• Complete and process necessary documentation
• Maintain various Excel tracking sheets
• Properly scan and document paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One years' clerical/administrative experience
• Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to be effective and efficient
• Must be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands, delays and responding to unexpected situations
• Ability to maintain and protect confidential information
• Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal/external)

Compensation: $19.00- 22.00/hour- DOE
