Digital Escorts - Military Veterans

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking Digital Escorts to support a critical intelligence cloud security program in the following locations; Reston, VA; Elkridge, MD; Redmond, WA; Atlanta, GA. The team is seeking end-user support specialists who are familiar with cloud environments to support an on-going classified program.

Clearance: TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph

Location: Reston, VA, Redmond, WA, Atlanta, GA, Elkridge, MD

Schedule: Shift work – 24x7 operational environment (mid shift and evening available)

Responsibilities of the Digital Escort:

·       Complete incoming tickets through Remedy, ServiceNow or other ticketing system

·       Troubleshoot and resolve system issues utilizing customer tools

·       Document all findings from tickets and incidents

·       Provide end-user support to customers at the Tier 1/Tier II level

Qualifications of the Digital Escort:

•        Must hold an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required

•        Excellent customer service skills and focus.

•        Education: Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of related professional experience

•        Desire to learn new tools such as Netmom and Windbg

•        Openness to shift work, as 24/7 support is essential

Compensation of the Digital Escort:

·      Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 **based on years of experience**
