As
a Customer Success Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role
in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our key customers. You will build
and maintain strong relationships with customers, comprehend their business
needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your
expertise in customer success will contribute to customer retention, expansion,
and overall business growth.
You will report directly to our Customer Success Manager and you'll work out of
our Raleigh, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by driving customer satisfaction,
retention, and expansion. Your ability to build strong relationships,
comprehend customer needs, and deliver exceptional service will be instrumental
in shaping our customer success strategies and driving business success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong
relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our
products and services - Comprehend customer business needs
and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements - Work with cross-functional teams to
drive customer-centric initiatives and ensure seamless customer onboarding and
implementation - Analyze customer data and provide
insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience

YOU
MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in
customer success or account management - Proven track record of building and
maintaining strong customer relationships - Excellent communication and
presentation skills - Strong problem-solving and
negotiation abilities - Experience working with CRM software
and customer success tools
