Teach Research Courses, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise in research methodology; serve as a methodologist for dissertation students, offering guidance and support throughout their dissertation journey; facilitate engaging and interactive classroom experiences, fostering a dynamic learning environment; collaborate with faculty members to enhance the curriculum and align it with industry best practices; stay abreast of current trends and developments in research methodology to continually enhance instructional approaches; provide timely feedback, assessment, and support to students, promoting their academic and professional growth. Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students in a timely manner. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university provided tools and resources. Ability to contribute to the diversity, cultural sensitivity, and excellence of the University community through teaching. Required Certifications, Training, and/or Licensures: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Minimum Qualifications: A doctoral degree in a relevant field, with a strong emphasis on research methodology; at least three years of experience in teaching and/or mentoring graduate-level students, preferably in a dissertation setting. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts; demonstrated passion for supporting doctoral students in their research journey and a commitment to their academic success; strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
