A Procurement Compliance is needed for a leader in the world of Technical Services and Engineering. Remote work. This role supports compliance management in the Supply Chain department by ensuring regulatory adherence in federal procurement processes, guiding acquisition staff, assisting with audits, and developing policies to improve operational efficiency.

responsibilities:




  • Review Supply Chain acquisition packages for compliance with public laws and company policies/procedures.

  • Provide guidance to the Supply Chain acquisition team on compliance adjustments.

  • Assist in researching Federal acquisition regulatory changes, Executive Orders, and industry updates to propose or develop new policies/procedures.

  • Evaluate procedural updates suggested by Supply Chain staff and assess potential modifications for process improvement.

  • Support audit requests (e.g., DCMA/DCAA, CPSR, SOX, Internal/External) as directed by management.

  • Help develop training materials to enhance operational efficiency and minimize organizational risk across the Supply Chain.

  • Perform other related responsibilities as required.


Education/Experience Requirements:





  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Government Compliance experience in the Defense/Aerospace industry.

  • Knowledge of government procedures and regulations, including:



    • Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

    • Cost Accounting Standard (CAS)

    • Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)

    • Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)


  • Experience creating compliant Price/Cost Analysis acquisitions (preferred).

  • Self-motivated and innovative with strong execution skills.

  • Attention to detail with excellent communication abilities.


Skills/Competencies:





  • Experience in procurement compliance, especially related to DCMA CPSR guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

  • Expertise in Federal compliance for various subcontract types:



    • Firm Fixed Price (FFP)

    • FFP/LOE

    • Time and Material (T&M)

    • Cost Reimbursable (CR)

    • Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF)

    • Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)


  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and exercise judgment and initiative.

  • strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
