Job Description:
Senior Lead Engineer plays vital role in implementing HR Solutions across Workday functional modules and will get involved extensively on HR transformational Projects. The individual in this role will use their extensive knowledge of the platform to guide support and implementation activities.
Qualifications:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Understands the entire HR Technology portfolio in Guardian, including but not limited to configurations, customizations, and integrations of different systems with Workday.
- Works independently and collaborates with several teams across globe.
- Serves as daily contact on delivery of services; Develops, implements, documents, and monitors scope of work to ensure delivery of high-quality services and products.
- Responsible for creating impact analysis documents that help us deliver thorough solutions.
- Aptitude to learn new technologies to help HR keep pace with the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering equivalent with 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM, Workday Recruiting, and Workday Security.
- Experience/knowledge of Workday Compensation, and Workday Time and Absence would be a plus.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
