The successful candidate will primarily focus on enhancing the efficiency, training, and confidence of teams working with Wirtgen products. This includes supporting rental return inspections, conducting technical training sessions, assisting in understanding manufacturer processes, providing virtual assistance using Teams and traveling to various branches to boost the technical proficiency and confidence of team members.
Your Epic Duties:
- Conduct and support comprehensive inspections on rental equipment returns ensuring compliance with Wirtgen standards.
- Develop and conduct in-person technical training sessions for staff focusing on equipment operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Simplify and explain manufacturer processes to service teams to promote consistent understanding and execution.
- Utilize available technology such as Microsoft Teams to provide real-time assistance and guidance to distant locations that may require immediate technical expertise.
- Attend company sponsored training to level up your skills, knowledge, and expertise.
- Visit branches to support inspections, provide hands-on training and address specific technical challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes.
