Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) is recruiting for a savvy, knowledgeable, and experienced HR Generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with conflict management skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. HR Generalists should exhibit strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of employee relations. The Human Resources Generalist will provide direct support to the Assistant VP of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and staffing, onboarding, orientation; employee relations; performance management, onboarding and offboarding; and review of policies/procedures .
