We are currently seeking REFUSE TRUCK & SYSTEMS SALES REPRESENTATIVES who are driven to connect with customers and eager to deliver top-quality refuse and sanitation vehicles. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including generating leads, making presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts with clients. As the primary point of contact, you’ll ensure each customer’s needs are met and exceeded. We are building an elite sales team that will utilize advanced techniques to become the definitive example of success in our markets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and developing new customer relationships.

• Present and recommend product options, as well as service enhancements, by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.

• Stay current on industry developments by participating in training, reading industry publications, and networking.

• Achieve sales and company objectives by maintaining unit, revenue, and profit goals.

• Educate and inform municipalities, waste management companies, and private contractors about our refuse truck offerings.

• Conduct cold calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and regional meetings as required.

• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations for customers, tailored to their specific needs.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Identify all prospective customers in assigned market territory and maintain complete dossiers on each.

Background Knowledge & Competencies:

• A high school diploma is required, we prefer a bachelor’s degree.

• Prior selling experience with complex equipment is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with both internal and external customers.

• Excellent computer skills, including CRM systems and MS Office products.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Skills in strategy development, project management, problem-solving, and adaptability.

• Independent and proactive, with the ability to complete assignments within set parameters.

• High degree of creativity and flexibility.

• Leadership abilities and a commitment to excellence.

• Willingness to help identify, develop, and implement new skills, methods, and practices.

• Candidates may be considered for full-time or part-time positions and must reside within the assigned sales territory.
