Summary:
The Premier Trust Advisor, as part of Huntington Bank’s Private Client Group is responsible for the complete administration of assigned trust and investment management accounts of moderate to high complexity, including estates and agencies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing and interpreting trust documents and administering trusts accordingly.
- Coordinates administrative functions with internal and external parties with a defined interest in any aspect of the trust relationship.
- Works to maintain strong relationships with centers of influence including attorneys, accountants, insurance agents and financial planners.
- Responsible for retaining clients as well as identifying and referring growth opportunities to internal banking partners.
- Responsible for identifying risk and workout opportunities in assigned book.
- Follows all relevant consumer compliance laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and the results of any audit or regulatory examinations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 3 years of Trust administration and client service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Knowledge of Private Financial Group products is beneficial
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
