We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Neurosurgery team at UC. The Senior Financial Analyst will monitor, analyze and report on financial data. Essential Functions Monitor and interpret financial data in the development of cost analysis and reports. Prepare financial/statistical analysis reports. Perform budget analysis to ensure adherence to policies and assist in the development of budgetary forecasts. Prepare and assist in budget-related analysis, estimates and financial reports. Conduct financial feasibility studies on new programs by using financial modeling systems and statistical programs. Understand university financial policies and be able to apply those policies to financial transactions, and/or provide guidance to those who seek to apply those policies. Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time. Required Education Bachelor?s Degree must be in Accounting, Business, Finance, Database Administration, or related field. Required Experience Three (3) years of experience in accounting.
