Job Title: Communication and Marketing Project Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Communication and Marketing Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, brand communication strategies, and project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
Lead cross-functional project teams, including creative, digital, and communications teams, to deliver projects from concept to completion.
Manage the content calendar, oversee the creation of marketing materials, and ensure timely delivery.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and external agencies or vendors.
Maintain project documentation, track budgets, and manage timelines to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Top requires skill set:
1) Utility or other highly regulated industry experience.
2) Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
3) Experience with enterprise marketing software – Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Exp. or Cloud.
4) Vendor management experience.
