The Role
As a Legal Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our legal operations, ensuring that attorneys and other team members have the support they need to serve our clients effectively. From managing documentation to communicating with clients, your work will help drive the success of our practice.

What You’ll Do
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for attorneys.
Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and forms.
File Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic legal files, ensuring compliance with filing systems and confidentiality protocols.
Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
Research: Conduct basic legal and factual research to assist attorneys in case preparation.
Billing Support: Track and manage billable hours, assist with client invoicing, and process expense reports.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years in a legal assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a law firm or legal department.
Skills: Proficiency in legal software (e.g., Clio, LexisNexis) and office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Professionalism: A proactive, dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong ethical standards.
Knowledge: Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and documentation processes is a plus.
