What You’ll Do:

Drive business growth by managing recruitment and sales goals.

Track and manage KPI expectations to achieve both individual and team success.
Spend 80% of your time engaging with people through calls, emails, and meetings to build a strong pipeline of talent.
Follow up consistently, demonstrate persistence, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the process.
