BE PART OF THE CONNECTION 

As a Program Manager on the Business Integration team, you will use your extensive project management experience to help deliver initiatives to improve the customer and agent experience to reduce contact rate. You will have the opportunity to provide guidance and leadership regarding how we manage priorities across portfolios to reach our goals. You will be hands on with creating new tools to deliver and track progress and will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure tool alignment.

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure alignment between project objectives and technical/operational solutions.
  • Lead meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholder groups to drive collaboration and a positive outcome.
  • Responsible for strategic development and implementation of assigned projects. Ensure completion of projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Developing program strategies that support business cases and various high-level project plans.
  • Serving as a mentor to project manger and project leaders to educate and assist them with processes and improvements.
  • Directing and reviewing plans and teamwork assignments, escalating resource needs, ensuring completion of quality reviews, and driving issue resolution.
  • Partnering with leadership from the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve enterprise goals

You will work in a fast-paced, high-impact office environment. Your ability to thrive in this role includes working both collaboratively and independently with an acumen that demonstrates good judgement and careful discretion.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM  

Required Qualifications 

  • Experience: Project Management experience: 7+ years
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Abilities: Work independently with no supervision and guidance; communicate clearly both orally and in writing; define key performance indicators/metrics; effectively analyze and interpret data; document, prepare, and deliver data driven presentations; influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus; conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans; manage complex program and project budgets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
