Description:IAM Hourly represented employees who currently work at the main (Sunnyvale/Palo Alto) unit, Santa Cruz, VAFB or Eastern Range facilities must apply to open requisitions on Brass Ring to be considered for the position.
With guidance, instruction and direction perform the varied work assignments within the
jurisdiction of the Property Management organization to acquire the knowledge, skill
and ability to perform the job duties of the Warehouse Worker.
Work in all functions, as assigned, in order to acquire the procedural knowledge
and practical skills required to independently perform the duties associated with
plant clearance sales, receiving, furniture dispositioning and general warehousing.
Acquire a working knowledge of Property Business Systems (PBS) procedures,
references and standards.
Progressively perform the more complex duties associated with the functions assigned.
Work with less guidance and instruction as knowledge, ability and skill increase;
demonstrate while in this classification the ability to independently perform the work of
the functions assigned.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of standard practices and procedures commonly found in most warehousing
inventory or storage operations. Demonstrated ability to use material handling equipment
commonly used in such operations including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Must possess a valid State of California Class C driver's license. Must possess, or
obtain within 90 days, all LMSC-issued safety licenses required by law to operate
material handling equipment normally used by employees in this classification.
Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations such as addition,
subtraction, division and multiplication. Must be able to read, understand and follow
oral and written instructions.
NOTE: An employee shall not be held in this classification for a period longer than one
year provided, however, the Company shall have the right to upgrade the employee
prior to the expiration of one year if, in its opinion, the employee has demonstrated the
ability to satisfactorily perform the complete duties and functions of the Warehouse
Worker.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
The base range for this position in California is $19.80 - $41.45.
