Coordinator of Campus Visits Position Purpose Serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students and visitors to the undergraduate admission office, providing warm, welcoming assistance in person, by phone, and through email and other platforms. Coordinates personalized campus visit experiences for weekday visitors, including campus tours and meetings with admissions, financial aid, faculty, and coaches. Ensures that each visitor's first experience with NEC is positive and memorable, creating a strong and favorable first impression. Essential Duties Summary Schedule and manage weekday campus visits and tours in collaboration with all members of the admissions department team. Participate in the training, scheduling, and supervision of student tour guides and ambassadors. Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing the highest level of customer service and information about campus life and programs. Collaborate with campus staff and faculty to arrange meetings for visitors as appropriate. Use the College's CRM system to maintain accurate records of campus visit attendance and feedback for reporting purposes Answer the main phone line to the undergraduate admission office and be prepared to respond to a wide range of calls and re-direct them to the appropriate individual. Required Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer service orientation.
