Licensing Specialist - Military Veterans

The Producer Services department works to onboard new producers to Chubb. Once these producers are onboarded, the Licensing Specialists support all producer maintenance needs following legal and state regulatory requirements to ensure that producers are properly contracted to do business with Chubb. accountable for collaborating with team members to achieve growth, profit, renewal retention, service, and producer/client management goals for an assigned book of business in the middle market segment of commercial insurance. The primary responsibilities are as follows:
Licensing Responsibilities
- Complete appointment requests for new producers, as well as appointment extensions.
- Complete contract termination requests to support the Combined Group.
- Process appointment terminations for terminated produces and non-renewed licenses.
- Notify producers of appointment terminations for non-renewed licenses/appointments.
- Prepare agreements for various programs within the Combined Group.
- Update/extend amendment requests for existing producers for various programs within the Combined Group.
- Utilize proprietary software to process electronic signature workflows.
- Excellent computer skills - Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Understanding and experience with administrative procedures including managing electronic files.
- Exceptional knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service. This includes meeting established time and quality standards in a fast-paced environment ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Capability to work independently and within a team/group environment.
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively in a matrix environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent listening, reading, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a multi-cultural environment.
- 2-Year degree or equivalent job experience.
- Insurance background is suggested.
