The Executive Director of Talent Acquisition will play a key role in managing Rowan-Cabarrus efforts to recruit a diverse and qualified workforce. In conjunction with the CHRO this position manages the entire recruitment process, from identifying top talent to ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees. Additionally, the role involves using data analysis to evaluate and enhance the colleges retention strategies. Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field and five (5) years of experience in Human Resources with two (2) years of experience in specific HR function; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
