Job Description
Note: Candidate may reside anywhere in the US with ability to travel up to 25% across the US to support various projects
Overview:
Support Project Management, in charge of creating and maintaining project schedule, logistics, resource scheduling and some budgeting responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a monthly review of project schedules, participate in monthly program reviews, provide schedule and network analysis feedback
- Support and coordinate all schedule controls issues with Master Scheduler
- Organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.
- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance. Identify developing problem areas.
- Develop and manage schedules that comply with a program's Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and the Contract Statement of Work (CSOW).
- Work with stakeholders to identify detailed tasks, durations, dependencies, to build the schedule.
- Schedule logic relationships, performance statusing, float, and critical path
- Work with customers and subcontractors to establish and monitor the program’s execution towards milestones, key events, external/internal dependencies and significant accomplishment criteria.
- Work closely with contractors, government program office personnel, and other program office support staff to effectively integrate, maintain, and control schedules.
- Produce Contract Variance reports with Root Cause and Mitigation forecasting using schedule analysis
- Provide weekly schedule performance reports and monthly cost performance reports to program leadership for analysis and corrective action.
Skills and Knowledge:
- 5+ years of construction and software project scheduling experience, in public and private sector projects,
- 5+ years of MS Project Experience, Planview Enterprise 1, Primavera, and other scheduling tools experience is a plus
- Understanding of industry best practices, PASEG, PMBOK, and others
- Bachelor's Degree is a preferred

- 5 + years of program/project management or scheduling/planning experience or similar business or technical experience
