Oversees the administration and operations of graduate health profession education programs which may include teaching and learning activities, program curriculum, recruitment, learner scheduling, maintaining databases, tracking learner compliance, and program accreditation. Develops, prioritizes and implements strategies that improve program quality, processes, and compliance. The Associate Administrative Director for Graduate Medical Education (GME) is responsible for supporting the operational goals and education initiatives of the residency program and the ACGME-accredited and non-ACGME fellowship programs in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences. Responsibilities for this working supervisory role include recruitment, training and management of program staff; oversight of all human resources functions for trainees; and ensuring compliance with all national and local accreditation and licensing requirements. In collaboration with faculty programmatic leadership and the Administrative Director, GME, the candidate will also provide support for annual report submissions, trainee recruitment/onboarding and curriculum and evaluation activities. The Associate Administrative Director will serve as backup to the Administrative Director, GME for representation on various leadership and advisory groups at the department/school/campus levels. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $88,100 - $158,000 (Annual Rate).
