As a Senior Production Planner here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading globally across the supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate its full adoption. You will report directly to our Supply Planning Manager and work out of our Houston, Texas location. In this role, you will ensure that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize labor and machine resources while achieving business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital. You will lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites, ensuring that finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and maintain working capital within business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the deployment of the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) across the supply chain network
Lead SIOP Supply Planning process for the site
Create and a maintain Master Production Schedule
Engage in the entire materials planning process
Optimize network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules
Align finished goods production plans with site and network Supply Plans
Drive cost control, productivity, and working capital goals

YOU MUST HAVE
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment
5+ years' experience in ERP/MRP systems
Strong project management skills
WE VALUE
Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management, Operations, or related field
3+ years of experience and expertise with SAP strongly preferred
Experience in SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing
APICS or CPIM Certification
Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
Knowledge of lean, six sigma tools, and problem-solving methodologies
Strong computer applications skills (Excel, Access)
