Job Summary and Qualifications

The Telehealth Development Manager will support program development and expansion for the Telehealth Service Line to meet strategic and operational goals. This role will support the Telehealth Development Group Directors and Service Line to ensure vendor, contract, and program readiness. The Telehealth Development Manager will work with HCA Healthcare service line leaders, division stakeholders, and vendor provider partners to help standardize and scale telehealth capabilities across our hospitals and Outreach sites.

  • Builds a strong understanding of Telehealth programs, operations, and strategy, including service line processes and telehealth technologies
  • Assists with the successful development and timely implementation of new telehealth programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies throughout the contracting process for both HCA and non-HCA relationships
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with healthcare provider groups
  • Successfully identify process improvements and solutions for streamlined processes to meet service line objectives
  •  Maintains and continues to develop Salesforce as Telehealth team evolves to support operations and development communications.
  • Analyzes, summarizes, and develops insights from operational data to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Ensures business continuity across divisions and groups
  • Create requirements for telehealth programs’ PowerBI dashboards
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, IT, operations and legal departments to ensure effective telehealth service delivery and contract compliance
  • Oversee fair market valuation process for telehealth services in collaboration with external valuation firms.
  • Create resources and guidelines to streamline telehealth operations and contract execution
  • Analyze financial implications of contract terms and telehealth initiatives

Key Competencies

  •  Exhibit experience in negotiation, relationship building, program management
  •  Possess strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, business, and financial acumen
  • Self-starter who maintains detailed documentation and can report and escalate issues
  • Excellent organization, time-management, and interpersonal collaboration skills
  • Comfortable utilizing technology to solve problems
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships
  • Must demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
