Position Summary
Directs operations of the team and oversees the product portfolio, conducting market analysis, and driving new product development. Collaborates cross-functionally, sets pricing and promotion strategies, measures performance, and ensures regulatory compliance to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the competitive pharmacy retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Develops a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, considering market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape.
- Controls the organization's strategic product portfolio, including assessing existing products, identifying gaps, and recommending new product development or modifications.
- Contributes by conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and monitoring industry trends to identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics.
- Delivers product launches, coordinating marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer onboarding activities to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Designs a product roadmap that outlines the vision, goals, and prioritization of features and enhancements for product development.
- Communicates with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment of product strategy, execution, and go-to-market plans.
- Develops relationships with stakeholders and customers to define product requirements, features, and user stories based on market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Communicates with pricing and packaging teams to develop pricing strategies, conduct pricing analysis, and define product packaging and positioning to maximize market penetration and profitability.
- Designs key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor product performance metrics, such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share, to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 10 + years of professional work experience
- 5 + years of product management experience

- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Experience in care management product space
- Experience in strategy management consulting or healthcare
Education
Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred. May consider comparable work experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
