Expected salary range of $94,500 to $105,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Function as the primary site manager for activities related to the site records management and document control program. Accountable for implementation and maintenance of Constellation Nuclear Records Management programs at the generating station to ensure compliance with operating and regulatory requirements. Fulfill managerial responsibilities regarding assigned staff and represent the station in the resolution of records management related issues. Participate in the development of business plans and budgets.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide input to, implement and ensure compliance with Constellation nuclear record management and document control initiatives
- Ensure station adherence to document storage and records retention requirements as set forth by various governmental agencies, including NRC , in accordance with Constellation Nuclear commitments.
- Perform monthly reviews of station RM/DC financial reports to ensure compliance with business plans and budget requirements.
- Ensure that site Records Management complies with the Standard Records Retention Schedule.
- Participate in lead role for the station in special company/industry committees (i.e., NIRMA, ARMA).
- Administer and evaluate technology and contracts associated with Records Management activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business or information management with 5 years of applicable experience, 3 of which are at the exempt level OR
- Associates degree in a related discipline with 8 years of applicable experience, 3 of which are at the exempt level OR
- High school education required with a minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience with 5 at the exempt level
