Our Corporate Operations Specialist is responsible for providing operational support to the Parts, Service, and Body Shop departments at the Companys dealership locations to promote consistency and performance across the dealership network.Rush Enterprises, Inc. opens the door to the world of opportunity. Grow with us as we continue to expand our network of locations and services.Responsibilities:- Dealership KPI Turnaround Support and Training: Communicate, monitor, and ensure ongoing understanding of key performance metrics (KPI) for assigned dealership operations; confirming alignment with the Strategic Plan and defined financial objectives (including asset management). Lead initiatives for improvement in assigned locations that are not able to maintain defined KPIs.- Dealership Acquisition Support Support the Division Directors and Corporate Team with the preparations, closing tasks and start up activities for the newly acquired dealership(s) in the network. Travel to and work directly in the locations to complete defined tasks to ensure acquisition and start up are as successful as possible.- New Dealership Location Support Become the primary Operations support person for a new dealership launch, providing training and support for all operational functions. Ensure checklists are completed for business start-up and be the primary communication channel between dealership, region, and corporate team. Work directly in the store completing day-to-day operational tasks until store staff is well-versed on processes and it set up for success.Attributes Skills:- Maintain current status on all professional training.- Ability to multi-task under pressure.- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Strive for harmony and teamwork with the department and with all other departments.- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct that favorably represents the company.- Maintain safe work environment.Requirements:- Computer literate with the ability to learn and be proficient in any software program utilized by the Company.
